I keep putting in my user name and password and it's not working!!!

Why isn't my Yahoo Mesenger letting me sign in? It keeps saying welcome sign in every time I put in my name!!!
DOWNLOAD THE NEW VERSION AND SEE IF IT WORKS...
Reply:It's usually a good idea to type in your password as well.
Reply:When the welcome sign appears you need to wait for the window to redirect you to the yahoo console - if this fails I would delete it and download it again...
