Msn mesenger to cell phone?

does anyone know if you can send text msgs to a cell phone through msn mesenger even if the person doesnt have msn on their phone.


if so could anyone tell me how?

click a contact then add there #





but if they don't have internet on there phone it won't work i think


or if they have msn on there phone %26amp; aren't signed in i don't think it works either but give it a try ;)
