yea its free, but some one has to invite you to use it, otherwise you cant simply sign in.

Yes its free and yes its a resource hog but its still a Beta release so its a bit buggy. It will no longer be called MSN messenger. It will be Windows Live Messenger.

takes alot of memory and slow downs the computer


and you cannot run so many multiple instances (resource dependent).


it's still free. hope it would be free forever.
