Could someone help me with yahoo mesenger?

i've uninstalled and reinstalled yahoo messenger and it still will not load. it crashed on me while i was using it while talking to my family 3 days ago. I've tried changing firewall setting and security settings to no avail. Please Help!!

Reply:I'm sorry that I'm not able to answer this question, but I have also had many problems with Yahoo Messenger...it just closes everytime I try to use some special feature, right click anything in the Yahoo Messenger windows, or just closes instantaneously for no reason...it annoys the hell out of me.
