Error 999 comes up when trying to register my mobile number on yahoo mesenger. I think I am locked out.?

I obtained two SMS codes from Yahoo 5912 %26amp; 8200. But when I tried to enter the numbers in the box nothing happened. I now appear to be locked out. I think the problem may have been that I did not place the cursor in the box before entering the code number. How can this be rectified?

2. From the pull down menu u select %26lt;sign into mobile device ..%26gt;


3. Select country where u currently locat.. %26amp; so.


4. Click %26lt;OK%26gt; when done.
