It's when I click a link someone sends me in a conversation or when I click the mail button. I've tried reinstalling messenger but it didn't help.





How do I fix this?

When you reinstall did you uninstall first? Uninstall yahoo messenger completely, delete the Yahoo messenger files if you have to. Then download the installer from yahoo and reinstall it on your computer.
