First, you have to go to yahoo.com and download your Messenger. Remember, once you download it, you want to "Run" not "Save" the file.


This will make sense once you go to yahoo and download your Messenger.
Reply:It depends on the OS that you are using...if you are using windows xp you can download yahoo messenger 8.1 but if you are using vista then use the yahoo messenger 9.1 or you can also use 8.1....
Reply:could be a corrupt or hacked yahoo, delet it and download it again
