How can i send sms thru yahoo mesenger?

You can send text messages via Yahoo Messenger to your friends mobile phone who ONLY have service with any of the following wireless carriers





USA: AT%26amp;T, Cingular, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile (+1)





India: Hutchinson, Airtel, Spice, Escotel, and Reliance (+91)





Singapore: Singtel (+65)





Thailand: AIS and DTAC (+66)





Malaysia: TMTouch (+66)





Philippines: Smart and Globe (+63)

HERE鈥橲 HOW TO SEND SMS ON YOUR PC:








Click on Actions menu on your Yahoo Messenger





click "Send an SMS Message"





select from 'My Contact' List the contact name/id you want to send text message.





click Ok





when IM window opens...type in your message and click 'Enter'.





NOTES:





You must enter the mobile no. of your contact on HIS "Contact Details" to make text messaging work.





Your contact must respond to your text before you can send another text message.

To send text message to someone not on your contact list





Do the same steps above....click "Other Contact"





Enter mobile number. Ex. I am from the Philippines 63 (country code) my mobile number 0920xxxxxxx. I would enter the number as follows: +63920xxxxxxx.
